The included ROM program is generally the latest release, labeled "VTL V.1 - 1983".
The manual is the most recent version of the BASIC Interpreter manual, incorporating all the amendments mentioned in all previously released "erratum" sheets. The "erratum" sheet included in this package, is not really needed.
On a side note, the figure 12.1 on page 87 shows a sketch of the Funvision console, though named "Datavision", which leads us to believe the console was likely planned to be released under that name.
