yes, but on both machines are great experts there. As a beginner in VDP programming all try the same way to handle the writing, and this is try nop`s to slow down the access. First here they take CPU power/cycles for nothing, second this dont really help because the error can happen when you first ...

Yeah, I guess you would need some special software, though I can't imagine it being that difficult. There's probably some examples out there.

Replace the other cable, so both the left and right keyboard works now, the only problem is that they are of a different color :)

Haven't thought on that actually, the SRAM would need a battery though, but that would be pretty nice to have anyway.

Yeah, ofcourse it wouldn't need to be connected at all times, only when developing software.
Instead of, burning eprom, test it, ok didn't work, erase eprom for 15 minutes, burn again....
or even just copying to sd-card, take it out, put it in cart, test it...and so on..
