I'm obviously a sucker for punishment...
Now I want to replace the PSUs for the CVs
(Yes my Hanimex has no PSU)
I was thinking this Transformer should do the job, assuming it was cased suitably...

Anyone one with more knowledge care to pipe in?

Re: Suitable transformer
Hi,
the original transformer uses 2 independant secondary windings and not "center-tapping"...
There are different versions of the CV mainboard with different internal PSU schematics.
Short: I do not know, if all CVs (Hanimex) would handle the Centertap well...
I seem to remember that someone here in the forum fried his CV...
To be on the safe side i would use 2 separate smaller transformers (this is a well tested approach)
Cheers, TOM:0)

Re: Suitable transformer
AFAIK all 220V creatiVisions use interchangeable power supplies. Which means the Jap and US models have different power supplies (the Jap uses a DC psu, the US uses AC psu).
And I agree that 2 separate transformers would be the best approach.
