Yes, there is a discussion thread on AtariAge where the 2600 dump of Stone Age was back-ported to NTSC. Apparently it used a driver with too few scanlines from the beginning so it would not display properly.

In the first thread, you can see an advertisment for four 2600 games: Nuts, Save our Ship, Pharaoh's Curse and Locomotive. In the latter thread, you can see the instruction leaflet for Pharaoh's Curse by TechnoVision/VTech. The layout very much resembles the CreatiVision games, and almost wants me to put those titles as possible vaporware for the CreatiVision as well, although perhaps that is stretching it too much that all 2600 games developed or sold through VTech's daughter company would origin from their own console.
