Multirom cart - UPDATE

Talk about programming CreatiVision (except games programming). Projects of homebrew hardware are also welcome.

I won't give up. :D Here is a shell without a price tag, on request. It has the dimensions 84.2 x 59.6 x 16.3 mm so it would at least fit into the slot. The question is if you would be able to fit all connectors on a board that is perhaps 59 mm wide, and the required chips, traces etc. Apparently you would have to make some cutting to open up for the card edge connector, unlike the Z7 model I linked to.

Dunno, but it might be worth checking giving how little the other shell cost per unit.

The main problem is the EPROM which is extremely close to the "wooden" panel. They are in touch one with the other...

In my opinion it's not worth finding a shell to adapt by cutting pieces manually.

Firsts Multirom are on the way!

Some pre-orders arrived before the pubblished prices, are still waiting for the payment or confirmation.
If you have changed your opinion about it, there is not any problem. Please send a notice of termination.

Thank you

I'm glad you like it. :)

Unfortunely other packages will be wrap in "common" paper. Only the very first customers will have that "sexy" packaging ;)

Wonderful package! My cartridge still lacks the cardboard box and the manual - I will get them by Pikkey in person at the end of this month. :-)
