Aurgh! I *want* that "Demo Tape"! I have a complete tape module, but it lacks the Demo tape. :(

I can provide you with the Dick Smith Wizzard version, if you want. Or I can offer you a boxed game cart for it.

There's several configurations in cartridges.

I wrote all the information about cartridges layout on an Excel file, including my own cartridges + the ones I sold/trades + the duplicates I still have here.

There's over 200 entries.

All in all, there are several PCB models:

700306B (for 1-2 eproms)
700318A (for 1-3 eproms)
700320A (for 1-2 eproms)
700320B (for 1-2 eproms)
700320D (for 1-2 eproms)
700373A (for 1 eprom)
700424B (for 1-3 eproms)
700424C (for 1-3 eproms)

And on the PCB models, there are several layouts, including the ones you posted. Most PCB allow the manufacturer to "set" certain "bridges" in order to make the PCB fit the EPROM models (23xx, 27xx, or a combination of the two)

On certain PCB's I even found nice red wires that connected certain pads across the PCB.

I even found a BASIC cartridge, made with a single 16KBytes 27128 UV-erasable EPROM with a red wire, instead of the common:

- 8K PROM + 4K PROM or
- 8K PROM + 4K EPROM pr
- 3X 4K EPROM

From my memory, the South African DEMO TAPE's cover looked pretty much identical to that one!

I had Deja Vu when I saw the 3D "A" on the cassette too :)

Hi!

The cassette was probably the same, but maybe the card-cover is not the same. I suppose it had Telefunken Microtek logos in place of the VTech ones.
