Tonight I have borrowed a boxed Moving-Key Keyboard. It was once Swedish sold, with catalogue/model number 80-0260. Unfortunately there are no instructions and the box is all in English except for the sticker that says it once came with Swedish instructions.

That would make the total model number series on the Swedish market:

80-0196 : Sonic Invader
80-0204 : Auto Chase
80-0222 : Police Jump
80-0226 : Air/Sea Attack
80-0230 : Cassette storage module
80-0233 : Console system
80-0238 : Crazy Chicky
80-0239 : BASIC Interpreter 1.0
80-0260 : Moving-key keyboard
80-0272 : Deep Sea Adventure
80-0273 : Mouse Puzzle

Hm.. does anyone see a pattern? I don't. :-D

I have now added a second creatiVision base unit. Swedish sold, but without instructions. It comes in a somewhat tatty box with only the lower half of polystyrene. The controllers are about as good as the ones on my previous unit, with the exception this time all keys on the left half are OK but keys 7890 on the right half are not working. Since before I have a fully working right controller so I can swap them about to get one creatiVision system with 100% working controllers and one system that has a number of dead keys. As long as the games can be started and the sticks work, it'd be fine for gaming.

The second system even came with the mechanical creatiVision game/TV antenna switch, which I added to the otherwise fully complete system.

Some of those days I will have another go at trying to fix the malfunctioning controllers, unless the left one is beyond repair after I opened it up before.

A picture of the TV switch is needed for my pics database.

As for controllers, yes, you should try to swap them. And if keys "7890" don't work, it's certainly a matter of a loose wire inside of right controllers.

My collection of cartridges just got slightly updated, changes in bold:

Cartridges
2x Air/Sea Attack (1x boxed, 1x loose)
1x Astro Pinball (loose)
1x Auto Chase (loose)
1x Crazy Chicky (boxed)
2x Deep Sea Attack (both loose)
1x Police Jump (boxed)
2x Sonic Invader (1x boxed, 1x loose)
2x Tank Attack (both loose)
1x Basic 1.0 (loose)
1x Multicart (boxed)
1x Diagnosticart (boxed, not assembled)

This due to this little purchase on Tradera:

I suppose the four spare loose cartridges may work as trade goods in the future, if something interesting would appear.

Long time no update. In the mean time, I've traded my second CreatiVision with the bad hand controllers to a friend (Kilroy, why don't you join the forum?). I included four of the loose cartridges that I had boxed duplicates of already.

Now I have received a shipload of new CreatiVision stuff. Pictures and scans will be made later on, as a bunch of these items are previously undocumented in the world of CreatiVision. All items and instructions are Swedish editions unless otherwise stated.

Hardware
CreatiVision main console, no. 80-0233 (box VG) + instructions no. 91-0048-16
Moving-Key keyboard, no. 80-0260 (box VG), instructions missing
Extra set of hand controllers, loose without any further identification
Instructions to the cassette unit, no. 91-0094-03 (no cassette unit included, but I've already got one)

Cartridges
Basic 1.0 [8011/VTL 132154] no. 80-0239 (box VG) + instructions no. 91-0092-06 + erratum in English
Crazy Chicky [8001/VTL 132316] no. 80-0238 (box F, two overlays NM + a feather!) + instructions no. 91-0056-11 ?
Tank Attack [8002/VTL 130560], no. 80-0195 (box F/G, one overlay NM) + instructions no. 90-0068-08
Sonic Invader [8003/VTL 133217] no. 80-0196 (box G, two overlays G) + instructions no. 91-0069-08
Tennis [Coca-Cola/Sprite, 8004/VTL 132622] no. 80-0202 (box F, one overlay NM) + instructions no. 91-0075-06
Auto Chase [8006/VTL 133018] no. 80-0204 (box G, two overlays VG), instructions missing
Air/Sea Attack (8008/VTL 130913] no. 80-0226 (box G, two overlays G) + instructions no. 91-0080-06
Police Jump [8009/VTL 130187] no. 80-0222 (box G, one overlay NM), instructions missing (scanned since before)
Deep Sea Adventure [8013/VTL 130103] no. 80-0272 (box G, overlays missing) + instructions no. 91-0113-04
Astro Pinball [8014/VTL 131559], no. 80-0275 (box G, two overlays NM) + instructions no. 91-0099-04
Mouse Puzzle [8015/VTL 132526], no. 80-0273 (box F, two overlays NM) + instructions no. 91-0098-04

I realize that VTL is just a serial number as my previously boxed cartridge games have the the same part numbers but different VTL numbers. It gives an indication on how many games were sold, at least worldwide: Crazy Chicky VTL 138327, Sonic Invader VTL 131097, Police Jump VTL 135245, Air/Sea Attack VTL 137408.

Tapes
CreatiVision Demo Tape, no. 95-0088-00 (International edition, in non-standard Sony cassette cover)
Statistics 1, no. 95-0123-01 (International edition, probably in original cassette cover)
Tri-Star C-60, home recorded with unknown contents if it even is CreatiVision stuff at all

Well, that would be all. I will go through everything more closely, combine with my already existing cartridges to get as complete sets as possible and then share/trade duplicates with my friend who by the way is on his way over here as I write. :-D

80-0202 : Tennis [8004]
80-0204 : Auto Chase [8006]
80-0222 : Police Jump [8009]
80-0226 : Air/Sea Attack [8008]
80-0230 : Cassette storage module

80-0272 : Deep Sea Adventure [8013]
80-0273 : Mouse Puzzle [8015]
80-0275 : Astro Pinball [8014]

Yet unknown to have appeared in Sweden:

Planet Defender [8005] - surely existed?!
Music Maker [8016]
Soccer [8017]
Locomotive [8020]
Chopper Rescue [8021]
Stone Age (unknown intl. part number)

As a side note, the Laser 2001 tape version of Sonic Invader has part no. 95-0131-25 unless I previously informed Madrigal about that. In the listing it says cat no. n/a.
