Well, the Xtal for the TMS9929 is totally shot, so I've ordered a replacement for that. (There were char marks on the board from whoever was here before me, the plastic on the package was melted and 2 tracks were lifted.)
Phi0 seems to come and go randomly, which is not confidence inspiring. I might need to look at U13, because when it fails I get a truncated clock.
Lots of problems on this board :-)
