At last, a proper keyboard Replacement

Talk about programming CreatiVision (except games programming). Projects of homebrew hardware are also welcome.

At last, a proper keyboard Replacement

I know, I know. I have been working on replacement keyboard projects on and off for years now. This one, however, came together pretty much in 24 hours.

...All I need to do now is test it :-D

It's built around Cherry MX compatible keys. If it works, it's designed to take a laser cut frame on the top and bottom of the keyboard and be a simple "sandwich with spacers" design.

It's based on my latest CreatiVision Controller design, using Diode arrays to reduce the parts count. If I used standalone diodes, there would be about five times as many components.

This one will happen in the future, but right now I need to pay $$$ off on a bunch of extant projects (*Cough*MiSTeR*Cough) before I can order any PCBs.

Cheers!

It looks promising, John. It would be great if this one sees the light one day :)
Wishing you a great new year ahead
