Re: My Cart for testing
Hi, your Cart Looks very "cool", so you can burn Eproms now!
Is the Cart configured for 2764s only or is it possible to use other sizes aswell?
Does the Cart still fit in the CV? because these sockets are very high and positioned on the downward side of the board?
Looking Forward to play ColorMaze on my CV...
Greetings TOM:-)

Re: My Cart for testing
Hi TOM,
thank you. At the moment is only for 2764s, when i understand correct i must change some bridge for other eprom`s.
But at the moment is enough for me with the 2764.
I have removed the "wood" side part and then there are still 2mm needed space. To not broken the CV i have open it complete.
But is okay, soon we get your Cart

Re: My Cart for testing
Mike, if you ever decide to build a new socketed cart, please consider using a "flat" socket, width is about 3 mm. We used them on the Diagnosticart, they're extra thin, they fit on the CV side panel.

Re: My Cart for testing
yes, perfect tip!
I must make one more for a friend, i give him the actual and make the new with a "flat" socket.

Re: My Cart for testing
Hm, I didn't pay attention that the socket on the Diagnoticart would be any slimmer than just about all other sockets. In any case, that zip socket indeed looks big and I understand if you partly had to disassemble the console to insert it.

Re: My Cart for testing
Yup. We paid the "thin sockets" more than the "common" ones.
