Now that the phpBB software is updated, could you also add the "View Unread Posts"-feature?

From my knowledge, there's no such feature available in the phpBB board.
By the way, you can view the "recent posts" here:
search.php?search_id=newposts
And the "active topics" here:
search.php?search_id=active_topics

Or maybe... maybe it's because of the forum layout, which was NOT updated due to compatibility issues.
Maybe in the "official" layout there's the link to the requested filter?

The forum software is now up to date, so every feature is now available
