Demo cartridge with programmable slideshow and text banners (data is written/read from the included EEPROM).
It was used to play rolling demos in videogames and computers shops.
According to contributor Michael Obsieger, VCCS was a single, small computers shop in Weinheim (Germany) running during the 80's. The cartridge was probably designed and produced there, not sure if they sold it to other computer shops.
