Early PAL release produced for the UK market, although the power supply has a typical European plug (different from the UK plug).
The box has an additional sticker reading "PAL UK".
The styrofoams lack the "this side up" and "this side down" embossing that appears on later models.
All references to "Crazy Pucker" were hidden from this unit as described below:
1) a large sticker reading "NEW" applied over the "pacman and ghost" artwork at the front of the console box
2) black permanent marker ink applied over the "Crazy Pucker" box that appears in the photograph at the back of the console box
3) game serial number applied over the "Crazy Pucker" box that appears in the photograph at the back of the pack-in game box
Two variants of this model type have been found as of 2020, with different pack-in game: Tennis and Tank Attack.
