Repair return docket for a Dick Smith Wizzard unit. The docket was then taped to the box interiors.
Based on the docket, the unit had defective CPU. The CPU was replaced and the unit tested and returned to the owner. The unit was purchased and repaired in the Dick Smith Electronics shop in Dandenong (Victoria, Australia). |
